Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1001apps and everything in it — the website, the App Store, App Remix, and the apps you run on the platform. By creating an account or using 1001apps, you agree to these Terms.

If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business, and "you" means both you and the business.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account — including what the rest of your crew does once you invite them.

Tell us at founders@1001apps.ai if you think someone has gotten into your account. You need to be at least 18 to use 1001apps, and the details you give us should be accurate and current.

Acceptable use

Use 1001apps for lawful business purposes only. Don't use it to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, or run anything fraudulent or harmful.

Don't abuse the agents or automation — no scraping the platform, no overloading it, no working around rate limits, and no reselling raw access to the service as your own product. We may suspend usage that threatens the platform or other customers.

Apps, skills, agents, and playbooks

1001apps comes in four shapes: Mini Apps (focused tools), Skill Apps (one prompt, one answer), Agent Apps (workers that run on their own), and Playbooks (pre-wired bundles for a trade). The platform helps you operate your business, but you're responsible for reviewing its output before you act on it — especially anything that touches money, contracts, or customers.

With App Remix you can fork an app and reshape it. When you publish a remix to the App Store, you grant us a license to host and distribute it, and you confirm you have the right to share whatever you put into it. Apps are tools, not professional advice.

Billing and à la carte terms

1001apps Essentials is free forever and includes eleven hand-picked apps. À la carte billing is pay-as-you-go: you're charged per app or per run, and you can cancel anytime — charges already incurred aren't refundable, but you won't be billed for runs you don't make.

If you take the launch offer, you lock in $99 per month for unlimited apps, for as long as you keep the plan active. Fees are billed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes. We'll give you reasonable notice before changing prices, and any change applies to your next billing cycle, not the current one.

Third-party integrations

1001apps connects to tools you already use — QuickBooks, Gmail, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Stripe, Gusto, ServiceTitan, and 50+ others. When you connect one, you authorize us to access and exchange data with it on your behalf, within the scope you approve.

Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for what a third-party service does, and if you disconnect it, related features may stop working.

Intellectual property

We own the 1001apps platform — the software, the underlying apps, our name, and our brand. You may use it under these Terms, but you don't get any ownership of the platform itself.

You own your data and the remixes you create. You grant us the limited license we need to host, process, and display that content so the service can run, and to improve the platform in line with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

1001apps is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and AI-generated output can be wrong — review it before you rely on it.

To the maximum extent the law allows, 1001apps won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using 1001apps and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that puts it or other customers at risk.

When your account ends, your right to use the service stops too. Sections that should reasonably survive — like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. When we make a material change, we'll update the date below and, where it matters, let you know by email or in the product.

If you keep using 1001apps after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
